Guest Access:

The apartment is located within a secure residential block and guests will have private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

We offer a convenient self check-in, with keys collected from a nearby secure location, allowing you to arrive independently.

Full check-in instructions, including the key collection location, access details and everything you need for a smooth arrival, will be shared with you prior to check-in once your booking is confirmed.

House Rules:

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay while also respecting our neighbours and the residential community.

Please kindly note:

• No parties, events or gatherings are permitted.

• Please keep noise to a respectful level, particularly during evening and night time hours.

• Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the property.

• Additional overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

• No hen, stag or open-invitation gatherings.

• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony.

• Smoking is permitted in the courtyard and guests must dispose of butts / waste responsibly.

• Guests are expected to respect the property, communal areas and our neighbours at all times.

• Our house rules apply throughout your stay.

• ⁠No barbecues on the balcony.

• ⁠No naked flames inside the apartment / on the balcony including candles, lighters etc.
