We’re Alicja and Max - a married couple who share a love of creating welcoming spaces and memorable guest experiences. Though we come from different professional backgrounds, what connects us most is our genuine passion for hosting and making people feel at home.
Max works as a doctor in the A&E department, where care and attention to detail are part of every day. Alicja is a property investor & learning and development consultant with over 15 years’ experience in corporate settings, where she’s developed a keen eye for organisation, communication, and delivering exceptional standards. Together, we’ve combined our skills and values to create City & Solent Stays - a small, independent business built on quality, trust, and heartfelt hospitality.
Having travelled extensively and stayed in many short-term rentals ourselves, we understand what truly matters to guests - a clean, comfortable space, thoughtful touches, and hosts who care. That’s exactly what we aim to provide every time: a place where you can relax, recharge, and feel completely at ease, whether you’re visiting for work or leisure.
