Fawley Refinery is approximately a 30-minute drive away, making the property particularly well positioned for contractors, engineers and project teams requiring accommodation while working at Fawley, as well as teams travelling to other sites across Southampton and the wider Hampshire area.

While the property is particularly well suited to contractors and business guests, we are of course delighted to welcome other visitors looking for a comfortable four-bedroom base in Southampton.
